Using the tools
You may use and modify our document templates for your own personal or commercial documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the documents you issue, and the way you use or share them. Do not use the service to create fraudulent or misleading documents.
Guidance and calculations
Articles and templates provide general information. They are not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Rules depend on your circumstances and can change. Verify the current requirements with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser. You are responsible for choosing tax rates, checking totals and rounding, and ensuring required fields are present.
Electronic invoicing
A PDF is a document format, not a connection to a government reporting system or a structured electronic invoicing network. Where mandated, use an appropriate e-invoicing solution in addition to, or instead of, these tools.
Your records
Documents are saved in your browser. We do not provide an account-based recovery or synchronization service. Export backups and retain copies of issued documents for the period applicable to your business. There is no guarantee that browser storage will remain available.
Availability
We provide the tools as available and may update or change them. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
